Am 9. September 2015 feierte der in Friedrichshafen als Zahnradfabrik gegründete und heute weltweit agierende Technologiekonzern ZF sein 100-jähriges Bestehen mit einem Gala-Abend.
Das Unternehmen nutzte die Gelegenheit, sich den rund 1500 Gästen aus 45 Ländern als innovativer und dynamischer Technologiekonzern zu präsentieren, sich bei Mitarbeitern und Wegbereitern zu bedanken, einen Blick in die Zukunft zu werfen und gemeinsam zu feiern.
Für die spektakuläre mediale Inszenierung des gesamten Programms kam eine 50 x 8 m große Leinwand, ergänzt durch 65 dezentral verteilten LED-Panels, zum Einsatz.
Als Art Directorin habe ich die mediale Umsetzung und visuelle Gestaltung des Festaktes begleitet und Teile des vierstündigen Programmes auch selbst produziert. Neben der schieren Größe stellten weitere Parameter eine Herausforderung dar:

für mehr als 20 Zuspieler
Das Resultat eines hervorragenden Teamworks: die eindrucksvolle mediale Inszenierung des Gala-Abends, die die Unternehmenspositionierung hervorragend veranschaulichte – großartiges Feedback inklusive.
On September 9, 2015, the technology group ZF, which was founded in Friedrichshafen as a gearwheel factory and now operates worldwide, celebrated its 100th anniversary with a gala evening.
The company took the opportunity to present itself as an innovative and dynamic technology group to around 1,500 guests from 45 countries, to thank employees and pioneers, to take a look into the future, and to celebrate together.
For the spectacular media staging of the entire program, a 50 x 8 m screen was used, supplemented by 65 LED panels distributed throughout the room.
As art director, I accompanied the media implementation and visual design of the ceremony and also produced parts of the four-hour program myself. In addition to the sheer size, other parameters posed a challenge:

The result of excellent teamwork: the impressive media staging of the gala evening, which perfectly illustrated the company’s positioning – great feedback included.
